Scholarship Application – Chisholm Community Foundation

The Chisholm Community Foundation is a steward of funds for innovative and creative projects to benefit our community. Through our grants, we seek to improve and enhance the quality of life of our local residents. Each year we give scholarships to graduating seniors of Chisholm High School who have shown a commitment to our community and have demonstrated they have the skills and dedication to excel in their future.

To complete this application, please fill out the form below and provide the required information. Please submit your application by March 31, 2025 to the Chisholm Community Foundation, located at 4 S.W. 3rd Avenue in Chisholm (across from the Old Police Station).
