CHISHOLM COMMUNITY FOUNDATION – Grant Final Report
Responsibility of Grantee
All grantee’s awarded funds from the Chisholm Community Foundation must use the funds for the specific purpose it was originally intended.
The Chisholm Community Foundation requires that a detailed accounting of all funds along with a follow-up report be submitted. Grantee’s must use the awarded funds and submit a grant final report or request an extension within one year of the award. Extension requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and subject to approval from the CCF Grant Committee. Contact CCF directly to request an extension. No future funds will be granted to an organization with an outstanding grant final report. If the grantee is unable to use the funds awarded within the one-year time frame or receive an approved extension, the funds must be returned to the Chisholm Community Foundation.
We respectfully request that you share information about your project with the community through press releases, social media and with other non-profits on how working together with the Chisholm Community Foundation helps enhance the quality of life for our residents. By working together, Chisholm will remain vital for years to come.
